The app features various functionalities, including energy use information, outage information, and account management. The energy use information section allows you to view your projected monthly bill amount and usage, track your current, daily, time of use (TOU) energy use, and view your daily energy cost usage. The outage information section lets you report a power outage for your home, business, or streetlight, check outage status, and track restoration progress. The account management section features fingerprint login to view your real-time account balance, payment due date, balance details, view and download your bill (PDF), enroll in MyAccount, make a payment, manage your saved payment methods, and update your account profile, including email address, phone number, and mailing address.
Overall, MySCE is an excellent app for SCE residential and business customers with up to 10 billing and service addresses, making it easy to manage your account on the go.
